Request deletion of your Kuvos account and the data associated with it. You can start here even if you no longer have the app.
Send us your request
Enter the email address or mobile number you use with Kuvos. You may enter both. Do not include care details or documents.
What happens next
- We receive your request. Submitting this form does not delete your account immediately.
- We verify your identity. We may contact you using the account details you provided before acting on the request.
- We delete your account and associated data. This includes account and sign-in information and data linked to your care activity, subject to any limited legal, security, audit, or care-record retention described in our Privacy Policy.
